My daughter found this hidden gem and asked her dad to help her buy me a gift card; & boy I am so glad my daughter & husband found this wonderful place. I suffer of chronic migraines and some back pain and have tried several different things to ease the pain ( including massages) and not much had help. However after a couple sessions with Natasha she has done an expectacular job. She listened to my needs, and catch up quickly on what they were and worked on them right away. I have notice a huge improvement; my migraine have reduce a big percentage & body feels much better overall and even better I haven't had to rely as much on my meds. Natasha is a great therapist and cannot say enough on her great skills and professionalism. She is great and if you have been dealing with a similar situation or stress I would highly recommend to book with her. She is the right person to help and knows well her stuff/anatomy and will also provide you with good tips on what you can do at home to continue improving. Thanks Natasha for your wonderful, helpfull and lovely service.

FAQ

Massage therapy is proven to stimulate hormone release in the body. Hormones, such as endorphin, serotonin, and dopamine, will elevate your mode and fight depression. The same hormones and soothing touch of the massage therapist will allow you to focus on yourself while letting go off bad emotions, everyday stress, and fatigue. Additionally, massage helps relieve muscle tightness by increasing blood circulation, reduce muscle weariness, spasm and cramps.

Our massage therapist, Natasha, speaks two languages English and Russian. Please let her know in advance which one you would prefer.

You will be guided to walk to a separate warm, cozy, and quiet room. Soft music and warm candle light will be there to help you calm and loosen up. Next you will have few minutes to change, if needed, and lie on a special massage table designed for you to relax.

Depending on the massage you will be receiving and the body parts it focuses on, you may not need to take off all or any of your clothes. Many people are not comfortable undressing completely or partially. If you do not feel comfortable enough, you may opt to wear some underwear. For the majority of the massage you will be covered with a sheet and blanket, except for the area that is being worked on. Please make sure to talk to Natasha about any worries or queries you may have so you may remain comfortable throughout the entire session.

One hour is the average time for a full-body massage treatment. If you would like to have a partial massage session, such as neck and shoulders, back or legs and feet, half an hour should be enough. Our Hot Stone and Massage Therapy Center of Madison and Middleton area offers variety of massage sessions that last from half an hour to one hour to 90 minutes. More and more people have preferred one and a half hour sessions to receive the best benefit and ultimate relaxation.

There are two major massage techniques that most people know and ask about: traditional and complimentary. Natasha believes in the benefits of both and tries to incorporate the science and art of both techniques. The main idea is to help you feel rejuvenated and healthy at the end of each session.

Yes. As mother of five kids, Natasha understands your worry related to having massage while pregnant. However, there are many ways to reduce discomfort and anxiety associated with pregnancy during massage sessions.

Depending on the primary massage session and body parts being worked on, you may or may not need to undress. Most people undress completely for a full body massage. You always have an option to wear some underwear if you don’t feel comfortable enough. For the most of your session you will be covered with a sheet and blanket at all times except the area being worked on.

Please let me know beforehand if you may have any allergies. However, most massage oils or lotions being used are hypoallergenic. Many of my clients highly prize the oil assortment for its smell and fell, which I use every day.
